Prior to launching Strativis, I served as Senior Director of HR and Global Talent at Glassdoor, where I led global Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand, Workforce Planning, and Leadership Development teams. I also played a key role in Glassdoor’s AI program, leveraging emerging technology to reimagine recruiting and workforce strategy functions.
