Amy Crook
Amy is the Founder of STRATIVIS and a Chief Talent Officer with 15+ years of experience building from scratch and scaling globally, turning talent into a competitive advantage, not a support function.
She has built and led talent strategies at some of the most recognized companies, including Glassdoor, where she served on the senior leadership team within the People function.
Amy is known for designing people strategies that actually make an impact. She combines deep expertise in talent, employer branding, and organizational performance to help companies unlock growth through their people, not just process. Her work spans building high-impact EVP frameworks, scaling global hiring functions, and embedding talent strategies that raise the bar and prepare organizations for what’s next.
As a founder, Amy built STRATIVIS with a clear point of view: great people experience and high performance are not in conflict, they are the same thing. She is passionate about creating environments where people feel seen, valued, and challenged to perform at their highest level, translating directly into business outcomes.
Amy runs with an operator-first mindset, equally comfortable building from the ground up or leading at scale. She partners closely with executive teams to challenge conventional HR thinking, and deliver strategies that hold up under real business pressure.
At STRATIVIS, Amy sets the standard: People First, Always. With a relentless focus on performance, accountability, and results that matter.
